1. Scope of Service

Notes from the Undrowned is a subscription-based publication hosted on Substack. Content includes essays, letters, liturgies, study resources, interviews, and other forms of creative, political, and spiritual writing.

The content is offered in two tiers:

• Free Subscribers receive selected public posts.

• Paid Subscribers receive full access to all content, including bonus reflections, private essays, and other exclusive materials.

2. Community Guidelines

This is a sacred space for Black queer memory, political reflection, and spiritual reimagining. To maintain its integrity:

• Harassment, hate speech, bigotry, or abusive comments will not be tolerated.

• Any harmful engagement will result in removal or banning at the discretion of the author.

• Disagreement is welcome. Disrespect is not.

3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all writing, poetry, reflections, and media published in Notes from the Undrowned are the intellectual property of Saint Trey W.

You may:

• Share links or brief excerpts with proper attribution.

• Quote with citation for educational or journalistic purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or monetize any part of this publication without consent.
